BMW really came to be recognised as producers of performance saloons after the formation of their famous M Division in the 1970’s and a real game changer for them was the launch of the E30 M3 in 1986 which went on to gain numerous championship victories in touring car racing. One of the first exhausts Scorpion developed was their own performance exhaust for the E30 M3 and at the same time Scorpion introduced the legendary DTM tailpipe to the UK market. Ever since Scorpion has been at the forefront of producing performance exhausts for BMW’s M cars and numerous others.

Half System:

Our experienced technicians have developed a twin 70mm/2.75” half system for the BMW G80 M3 GPF model inc. Competition & xDrive.

Does our system retain valve functionality? Yes, drivers will have continued control of the car's soundtrack via the mode select button inside the car. This enables modulation of the sound levels emitted from your Scorpion exhaust.

We offer a selection of tailpipe styles and finishes. You have the option of quad 114mm polished/black ceramic Daytona or our signature carbon Ascari. Black ceramic undergoes a meticulous coating process, ensuring a durable and flawless finish. Polished stainless steel is finished by hand, resulting in a mirror-like appearance.

Carbon Ascari is manufactured using high-strength carbon weave for a distinctive sporty aesthetic. Steel inserts permit hot gases to pass through without discolouring or weakening the carbon shell.

Once installed, the new freer-flowing half system ensures efficient expulsion of exhaust gases, improving the vehicle's power delivery and sharpening throttle response while also reducing overall weight.

X-Pipe/GPF Delete:

Complete the look or go standalone with our GPF delete X-pipe section. This additional pipework removes the restrictive GPF filter, which otherwise muffles the exhaust tone, creates intensive back-pressure, and limits tuning potential (for motorsport use only).

Furthermore, its interlinked design promotes equal pressure between the two system lengths, expelling exhaust gases from the cylinders faster. Fits both the Scorpion half system (evolving your exhaust to cat-back status) and OEM (retaining your standard back box for a stealthy OEM+ aesthetic).

Single Mid-Pipe/GPF Delete:

Upgrade or install separately with our GPF delete single mid-pipe section. This full firepower option removes the restrictive GPF filter, which otherwise muffles the exhaust tone, creates intensive back-pressure, and limits tuning potential (for motorsport use only). Moreover, the 89.9mm/3.5” large diameter pipework provides vastly improved turbo spooling and a thunderous exhaust note.

Unlike other offerings, our single mid-pipe comes paired with a lightweight aluminium chassis brace, designed to accommodate the larger diameter pipe and provide proper clearance. The single-piece manufacturing process ensures a high-strength connection under load. Braces are powder-coated black and etched with the Scorpion mark.

Our underbody bracing reduces performance loss due to chassis twist during hard braking or cornering. Enhanced body rigidity translates to a more direct feel with the road surface. The single mid-pipe fits both the Scorpion half system (evolving your exhaust to cat-back status) and OEM (retaining your standard back box for a stealthy OEM+ aesthetic).

Front Crossover Pipe:

No-compromise, correct? Then finish the set-up or opt for standalone with our front crossover pipe. Ditch the restrictive OEM pipe and embrace enhanced torque and peak performance. Our front crossover pipe is expertly designed to optimise airflow, delivering a significant boost in both power and responsiveness.

Fits both the Scorpion GPF delete X-pipe section and OEM pipework (not compatible or required if installing the 89.9mm/3.5” single mid-pipe).

Downpipe:

For those who seek superior tuning potential, both on the dyno and on the asphalt, Scorpion’s advanced downpipe technology provides the capacity to reach unrivalled output figures.

Opt for the dual 200-cell sports catalyst for significantly improved flow over OEM or choose the unrestricted de-cats for peak gains (for motorsport use only). Additionally, massively reduce heat soak and engine bay temperatures with our heat shielding technology encased in a dimpled stainless steel outer thermal layer, spot welded in place.

Exhaust Tunnel Brace:

Want to tighten your grip on the road? Scorpion’s lightweight aluminium chassis braces tick all the boxes. The single-piece manufacturing process ensures a high-strength connection under load. Braces are powder-coated black and etched with the Scorpion mark.
